What is Fortis?

Fortis is your go-to place in Berlin if you want to not only improve your athletic performance and fitness, but also establish healthy and sustainable habits.

 

Whether you have no prior athletic experience, have recently started training, or are already advanced – together we'll create a workout plan that will help you progress personally and get closer to your goals.

Training sessions take place either at a gym (FitX, McFit, or John Reed C1), at your home, or outdoors, depending on your personal preferences.

As a certified fitness trainer and athletic trainer, and with many years of experience in basketball, football, athletics and strength training, my focus is on holistic training to help you become stronger physically and mentally.

Initial consultation

 

In an initial consultation, we'll discuss your current situation, goals, wishes and timeline. Simply send me an email or contact me via the contact form.

 

 

Diagnostics

 

To plan the right training and support for you, we conduct a basic fitness assessment if needed. You will receive a questionnaire that forms the basis for targeted training.

 

 

Goals

 

We always keep your goals in mind and regularly analyze your progress. This makes your success measurable and allows us to build upon it. You'll receive app access with all the important information about your workouts.
